I've been reading your diary for a while and even though I don't agree with some of the things you write and how you handle situations it seems like you've been getting a lot of negative comments lately and I feel bad for that. Just wanted you to know that I'm not a hater or a fan but i still feel bad because it seems like a bit much. hang in there, spring is on its way and things will get better

what don't you agree with? i'm just curious because if i didn't care for the posts someone wrote or how they handled their business, i know i wouldn't waste my time reading their diary. i know you because you are a friend of a friend of a friend and i always thought of you as a rather busy person, so that's where my surprise comes from. what attorney has time to read something that she isn't even fond of?

i'm not trying to be rude, i'm just racking my brain to figure out what is so controversial about anna john. people insult her, every once in a while she snaps back. that's human. she is irritated with her fotolog, as are others who have one, apparently. she likes technology and shopping. harmless and predictable, if you ask me. what's to disagree with?

i'm not a "fan" either, because i don't like what the word connotes, but i respect the girl and i think she's funny. that's why i read her.

i think it's bizarre to qualify support for someone, when you yourself acknowledge that they have it rough right now. it's almost...stingy.

it reads like, "i don't like some of the things you write and i think your approach to life is wrong, but hey, i feel bad that you are getting verbally abused through your blog." i'm a long-time lurker who had no intention of commenting, but after recent attacks on her, i feel sympathy for the girl, too. your comment intensified that. anyway, i'll jump off the soapbox now and get back to document review. anna? stay strong. peace.

Sorry everyone, especially Anna, for taking space up on the comment section. I just wanted to say that i do enjoy your blog that is why I read it, I don't agree with a lot of the things my friends and family do, it doesn't mean I 'm not fond of them. I'm just someone who reads a blog that I find enjoyable and I felt bad that Anna was getting dumped on and I wanted to let her know that besides the people who comment on a regular basis, which I assume are close friends, there are those of us who are lurkers who have seen the negative comments and feel bad. that's all. George, I guess its good that I commented so that you could also lend your support, since my comment, meant in a good way, pushed you into commenting. If you don't agree with my way of commenting or anything else you can just email me personally because its silly for us to go back and forth on Anna's blog. I hope that you, Anna, weren't offended by my comment or its form or by the fact that I've taken up so much space on your comment page.
