it has happened.  the apocalypse is nigh. i'm on...my ass space.

the music fanatic within overpowered the disgusted snob who loathes that social networking program. i had been reading, for months, about how important this annoying, shitty site has become to the music industry...i thought to myself, "be that as it may, i still hate it"...but resisting was futile.

i remember the following convo like it was yesterday:

ajp: noooooooooooooo.

sjm: what?

ajp: myspace is for retarded, attention-deficit-suffering teenagers who think that the cure is like, so amazing?  'like, that just like heaven song?  like, oh my gawd?' oh, and strippers.

sjm: strippers?

ajp: yeah.  a plethora of strippers.

sjm: i like that, though.

ajp: sigh.

i hate myspace too! my friend begged me to join, that it so cool and fun! and then i joined and everyday get messages from dirty old men trying to get some action. i dont get people who look for love on the internet in this fashion... i just want to write back these loser guys- if you looking for one nite, isnt there a bar near you??:)
